For DOMESTIC U.S. orders we offer three levels of USPS service to choose from (all fees are a flat rate):
First Class (Usually arrives in 4-7 business days): $5.00
Priority (Usually arrives in 2-3 business days): $8.00
Express Mail (Arrives in 1-2 business days, order must be received before Noon MST to receive same day shipment): $24.00
For Domestic U.S.
orders over $100 - USPS First class or PRIORITY service is FREE. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you would like to upgrade to Express mail, please click here.
We provide a tracking number via email most packages that we ship but we DO NOT insure any packages.
For INTERNATIONAL orders we offer three levels of USPS service to choose from::
First Class International (Usually arrives in 14 or more business days):
Based on order totals:
01 to 49.99 - charge of $15.00.
$50.00 or more charge of $19.00
Priority International (Usually arrives in 6-10 business days):
Flat rate charge of $60.00
Express Mail International (Usually arrives in 3-5 business days):
Flat rate charge of $43.50
Due to rising costs, we will no longer be offering free International shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please be aware that on any International order there are NO BACKORDERS, even if the backorder box is checked. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please be advised that unlike domestic
orders, International shipments CANNOT be tracked/insured. Occasionally shipments can get "stuck" in customs and take weeks to arrive. We cannot guarantee or insure
that any International shipment will arrive on time, or at all. When you
order Internationally, it is AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will provide proof of
shipment and a parcel number via email.
BACKORDERS: Updated April 16th, 2014
As of April 16th users have the ability to enable or disable backordering. Between the Bill to and Ship to sections on the first screen of the check out process, there is now a backorder check box. If this box is left unchecked, there will be NO backorders for the order. Any item that is short or out will ship as-is. A refund will be issued to the method of payment within 3 business days. Feel free to email or call us to check on the availability status of any item.
If the box is checked, your items will be backordered. When the item restocks it will ship to you at no charge.
Please allow 2 to 8 weeks for backorders to arrive.
PLEASE be aware that the default position for all orders is NO backorders. The box must be checked to enable backordering.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT:
Most orders placed before 12pm MST between Monday and Friday will ship that day. Occasionally orders may be delayed due to business volume/weather/or other circumstances. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION:
any free shipping promotion, Ornamental Beads will ship your orders
free of charge. Ornamental Beads reserves the right to choose the
method of shipping. This offer does NOT apply to international orders.
VARIATIONS IN STOCK:
Items may vary in finish and color from their appearance on our website. Each Item's photograph is an approximation of what will be received if ordered. This is due to the fact that dye lots and plating finishes can vary each and every time during the manufacturing process. If you need exact colors or finishes we recommend contacting us and/or ordering samples first.
PUBLISHED PRICES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE:
Occasionally we must raise our prices on certain items as our costs increase. We also enjoy lowering our prices when we can.
Sorry, no returns on chain or cord cut to lengths shorter than 10 feet. All other items may be returned to us in ORIGINAL unused condition within 30 DAYS from the date of purchase for a refund or credit.

COLORADO RESIDENTS ONLY:
We are required to collect 2.9% Colorado State from those who do not have a Colorado State Sales Tax License and reside within the state of Colorado.
We offer a discount of 15% off our entire stock to businesses/people with a valid state resale/wholesaler license. You must mail, fax or email as an attachment a current copy of this license to us and have received a confirmation email before you will receive this discount. This offer is good in all 50 States and U.S. territories only. If the license expires the discount will be rescinded until a new valid copy is received. This discount works in conjunction with our quantity discount pricing. Email

VISIT OUR STORE:
We are located in Denver just off of I-70 and Harlan (30 minutes from Denver International Airport). If you live in or are visiting Colorado, we'd love to have you visit us. Call us for easy directions. If you wish to take a purchase with you, we will need a photocopy of your state sales tax license. Otherwise, we are required to collect 7.6% Colorado State & local sales taxes on your purchase. Showroom hours are the same as our regular business hours. Please allow time for checking out.
DO YOUR OWN TESTING:
We cannot be responsible for a material's suitability for a particular application. Most glass bead coatings are stable and durable, but generally are of unknown chemistry and age, and should be approached accordingly. Therefore we urge you to do your own testing where coated materials, as well as acetates (sequins) or other plastics, might be subjected to washing, dry cleaning, or sun exposure. Also not all cements or adhesives are suitable for some applications, particularly foil or mirror backed imitation stones.
We specialize in stocking items that are rare and unusual and therefore limited in quantity. For this reason, there will always be items in our inventory which may sell out. Also, contemporary beads are produced in relatively limited editions, depending on market demand. From batch to batch even the "same" bead is likely to vary in color tone. Keep this in mind when planning your productions.
We know there are times when it is difficult to visualize exactly what an item looks like. Although we describe and photograph our merchandise as concisely as possible, you may wish to see the actual piece. If a particular color tone, texture, finish, etc. is critical to your project, we recommend you order samples before ordering in quantity. This can save you the cost of returning unsuitable merchandise and allow you to compare items for compatibility. Samples & Sample cards are not returnable or refundable.
